With an impressive 20-year background in data analytics, commercial real estate, and investment banking technology, Caroline has established herself as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to discover investment opportunities in PropTech and increase the value of their real estate portfolio. Prior to founding Banksia Advisory Caroline was the Chief Strategy Officer at Blackstone portfolio company Cove leading product innovation and partnership development for commercial real estate owners and operators. Caroline also served as the Head of Strategy and Innovation at Cushman and Wakefield where she focused on growing emerging technologies to meet the demands of their global investor market. Originally from Australia, Caroline has resided in the United States since 2010, primarily in New York City and more recently Dallas.
